This brand new beautiful, architecturally designed home on Blueberry Lake borders the Green Mountain National Forest. Located in Vermont's Mad River Valley, near Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, you will find a myriad of things to do – active and quiet recreation, nature tours, cultural activities, shopping, crafts, arts, music – the list is endless.

This special retreat is decorated in subtle tones and warm accents. Every room reflects attention to detail – both simple and exquisite, and each room’s view gives one the impression of being in a tree house.

As one enters the house, there is a library with a candlelit fireplace and a window-bed, with wall-to-wall books, including an extensive philosophy and cookbook collection. The Great Room boasts a fireplace, picture window-bed, and an open kitchen concept with center island, and fully equipped for cooking and entertaining (owner is a professional chef). The sun-drenched dining room can seat ten and has French doors opening onto the deck where your hot tub awaits with its lake/mountain views. There is a bathroom complete with shower. A screen porch, with additional sleeping space in summer, is surrounded by birch trees, lake views and a garden patio. There is even an outdoor shower with hot water.

On the second floor, there are two suites that include a honeymoon suite, with a queen sized bed and fireplace, spacious two person jacuzzi tubbed bathroom, shower, and French doors that open to a balcony that is perfect for morning coffee, for star-gazing, for viewing sunrise pink skies, beavers and even a moose, if you’re lucky. Just off this suite, lies a small computer equipped room with Internet access, which can be used as an office or as a additional sleeping place. The second suite enjoys its own private bath with Jacuzzi and magical tree house views and features a king size bed accented in Hawaiian tones. A third bedroom with a double bed is decorated with Asian accents. All suites have full cable television, DVD and telephone availability.

On the top level, there is the tower room, with breathtaking views, that provides a quiet place for meditation and writing; the adjoining finished space provides access to movie viewing or yoga. Lower level has laundry room, ski and boot storage, Zen Den, TV, DVD and full bathroom. This private ideal location is situated minutes fromThe Round Barn, Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas, cross-country skiing at Blueberry Lake, and Warren Village, known for the Pitcher Inn, the famous Warren Store (with deli and gourmet bakery) in addition to great shopping and fine dining.
